We are seeking a Product Analyst to work on merchant data platform initiatives globally. You will work closely with product managers and engineering teams to manage GenAI/ML data initiatives, analyze merchant and transaction data to improve data quality across Visa's merchant platform and distill merchant data and stakeholder feedback into meaningful roadmap, product programs and merchant stakeholder experiences. You will utilize your analytical skills and effective communication abilities to directly impact emerging agentic commerce initiatives that rely on Visa's merchant data.
Essential Functions:

Basic Qualifications: 2 years of work experience with a technical Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD) Preferred Qualifications: 3 or more years of work experience or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) in data and platform engineering, data science or business intelligence Recent experience creating training/labelling data, prompt engineering, working with large language models (GenAI LLMs) and machine learning and validating GenAI/ML outputs with internal and external stakeholders Experience with point of interest (POI) data and/or geospatial mapping products and data products 3 years of experience in leading cross-Team analytics/business intelligence or data quality programs Excellent written and verbal communication skills with obsessive attention to detail Self-motivated and quick to learn new skills and operational processes Ability to thrive in a cross functional setting and communicate effectively with different teams at Visa A positive attitude, calming demeanor, and a great sense of humor Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Payment processing background is a big plus Desires to learn & grow into a product manager on a data product track
