Product Designer (saas) - Remote Eligible

Product Designer

This is a remote position.

With a focus on creating the best experience for our clients, you will be part of the product team and revolutionize the construction industry through technology and innovation. You will be responsible for leading the activation and engagement stages of the customer journey, transforming user pain points and needs into exceptional design solutions, working in conjunction with the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams. Always focused on being close to customers, conducting research, understanding their pain points and needs, creating incredible user experiences, and using metrics and KPIs to make the best decisions.

Main activities of this position:

• Understand deeply the activation and engagement metrics, their impacts on the ability to attract and retain customers, as well as propose solutions that aim to automate these journeys in the product.
• Transform customer pain points and desires into product requirements, in accordance with business objectives.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, using Vibe Coding and mockups that demonstrate the user experience flow in different stages of the project.
• Develop user journey maps and analyze interaction flows to identify opportunities for improving the experience.
• Understand the competitive landscape of our sector and help define strategies to generate differentiation.
• Conduct research (quantitative and qualitative), experiments, and tests to formulate and validate hypotheses with users.
• Use no-code tools to create MVPs and validate solutions in an agile manner before being implemented by the technology team.

What we expect from you:

• More than 2 years of experience as a Product Designer, with experience in product management (Product Management);
• Experience working with UX, UI, and user research in digital products;
• Strong skills in design tools, such as Figma and similar;
• Excellent analytical capacity, with experience in making data-driven decisions, understanding customers and their behaviors (segmentation);
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to negotiate between different stakeholders with different priorities;
• Ability to document requirements and usage scenarios;
• Empathy to understand the impact of your actions and decisions on the daily lives of the client, the team, and Vobi;
• Knowledge or experience with low-code/no-code tools (Loveable, Codex, Claude, Cursor, etc.) (Differential);
• Experience with automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) (Differential);
• Knowledge or experience with SaaS metrics and SQL (Differential).
