Cloud Runtime is Vonage's serverless developer platform, a strategic enabler that allows strategic partners and internal teams to build and enterprise customers to deploy communication solutions without managing infrastructure. With customers across retail, healthcare, finance, and telco, Cloud Runtime supports Vonage in creating full fledged communication based solutions.

This role is critical right now. Cloud Runtime is transitioning from Beta to General Availability (GA). It is strengthening its security and compliance posture, evolving its pricing model, and laying the architectural foundations for an AI Enablement Layer. The product enables key strategic connectors and is central to Vonage's ability to deliver managed solutions to customers at scale.

As the dedicated Senior Product Manager for Cloud Runtime, you will own the full product lifecycle, from closing the GA readiness gap and driving cost optimisation, to defining the roadmap for an AI-powered serverless enablement platform. You will be the primary product voice for engineering, sales, and customers.

Your key responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the Cloud Runtime product strategy and roadmap, aligned to the strategic 2026 OKRs
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle management process for Cloud Runtime, including gate reviews, PRDs, business case development, and security/privacy sign-off
• Drive the Cloud Runtime pricing model transition from a fixed-tier subscription model to a more flexible pricing model aligned to serverless market standards
• Conduct market and competitive analysis (CPaaS, and cloud-native serverless platforms) to identify gaps, opportunities, and positioning levers
• Engage directly with enterprise customers, partners and internal solution teams to understand requirements and validate product direction
• Understand Cloud Runtime customer segments and tailor the product strategy to serve each segment appropriately
• Define, track, and report on product OKRs and KPIs
• Partner with the Connectors and Partnerships teams to ensure Cloud Runtime is properly positioned as the deployment platform for connector products
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Solutions teams to develop sales enablement collateral, FAQs, and customer onboarding guides
• Support pricing and packaging definition in partnership with Commercial Management, tier structure, cost modelling and usage attribution, and billing system integration
• Work closely with the Cloud Runtime engineering team to define technical requirements, understand architectural constraints, and maintain delivery momentum

What you'll bring

Required:

• Strong technical PM experience.
• Developer platform or API product experience.
• Good understanding of cloud, runtime, APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
• Evidence of improving developer adoption or activation.
• Ability to work with engineering deeply, not just at feature level.

Experience we consider a plus:

• CPaaS or communications API experience.
• Serverless product experience.
• Marketplace or partner ecosystem experience.
• Former engineering or solution architecture background.
• Experience with usage based pricing.
