You will join the Recruitment Marketing team that tries to make the world of talent acquisition better every day by advising, setting up, analyzing and improving the perfect recruitment marketing strategy. We have set up a Traineeship within our organization in which we will let you join in 3 specialized tracks. You will learn everything about Digital Advertising, Programmatic Advertising, and Tracking & Data Analytics so that you get the complete picture of digital marketing.

We want to teach you all parts of Digital Advertising. This way you get a better understanding of how to best support our clients and you can determine if your talents and competencies fit one of the parts of these roles and if a career in this is for you.

How does the Traineeship look?

We start with a general onboarding of 1 month, followed by a deep dive in a selection of quarters on the tracks within the different teams. You will be guided by buddies from those teams who will prepare you for a more and more independent role as the Traineeship progresses, where you will also get your own client portfolio.

What will be covered during this Traineeship; Google Advertising, Social Media Advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.), Looker Studio, Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager but also Programmatic Advertising. You can think of building, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns, setting up dashboards, and creating reports. We will also put you in the middle of our client team approach where we are curious about someone who always thinks from the client’s goal. You will also keep up with the market developments on the advertising side and other possible interesting channels, join client meetings and brainstorm a lot with the other Advertising Specialists and Customer Experience Managers about the approach on the channels.

Your workweek will also never be the same and we are looking for someone who cannot sit still and self-directs all the tasks!
