With a turnover of 1.011Md€ in 2024 (+25%), VusionGroup is the global leader in digital solutions for the optimization and automation of physical stores.

Our IoT & SaaS platform is deployed in more than 62 countries and used by clients such as Walmart, Monoprix, Sephora, or Darty.

Within the Operations team (after-sales), you will contribute to structuring, piloting, and optimizing our value-added service offerings (VAS), particularly around the extension of warranty (V:Care), support plans, or technical services (battery replacement, maintenance, etc.).

Your role will be cross-functional, combining data management, financial analysis, sales support, and interaction with several teams (sales, finance, product, etc.).

Data Services Management:

  • Manage the SKUs of services and references in the CRM (Salesforce).

Analysis and Pricing:

  • Conduct price and cost analyses of VAS (Value Added Services).
  • Calculate margins (V:Care) and propose tariff adjustments.
  • Create personalized warranty extension offers according to customer use cases.

Service Sales:

  • Identify and report service sales opportunities based on the age of the installed base and the levels of services subscribed to promote.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyze service sales indicators.
  • Produce regular reports to aid decision-making.

Support to Sales Teams:

  • Respond to sales team requests regarding the service offering.
  • Provide analyses and sales support tools.

Education: Bac+4/5 in business school, university, or equivalent, with a specialization in business-oriented data analysis (e.g., marketing analytics, commercial management control, sales operations).

You are looking for a final year internship (6 months) or an apprenticeship (1 to 2 years).

Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce) and simple visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).

Experience or interest in commercial performance analysis, pricing, and business indicator tracking.

Independent, rigorous, and curious, you are capable of structuring your analyses and presenting them clearly.

Fluent English is essential to thrive in an international environment.
