Description of the Position
We build. We create impact.
Reporting to the Lead Product, you will collaborate with all Memory departments: consultants, data scientists, and web developers.
Your role will involve working on the construction of the product and on various technical projects, ensuring their successful completion to maximize the value of the Memory solution. To succeed in this role, you must be able to understand business requirements and work with cross-functional teams to manage the complete product lifecycle.
Your main tasks will include:
- Helping to imagine, design, and pilot the development of projects in collaboration with the Data and Software teams.
- Participating in the development of user stories by integrating business specifications and feeding the backlog to ensure a continuous delivery rhythm.
- Assisting in the prioritization of product launch plans and defining expectations for the delivery of new features.
- Playing an active role in mitigating obstacles impacting the delivery and objectives of the technical teams.
- Conducting tests and evaluations on new features in accordance with client expectations.
- Monitoring and analyzing the market, users, and best product practices.
- Creating product mockups and conducting UX/UI research in collaboration with the Lead Designer.
Qualifications
Qualifications we're looking for:
For this position, we are looking for someone enthusiastic about product culture and passionate about both the retail world and data-oriented products.
- You have professional experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role managing a technical product.
- You have a good analytical mind and are comfortable with working with numerical data.
- You have excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing: you are precise and rigorous in communicating effectively with consulting, data science, and software engineering teams.
- You have a technical aptitude: knowledge of data-oriented products and web technology development is desirable.
- You have organizational skills, time management, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Ideally, you have practical experience with product management tools (Notion, Shortcut) and product design tools (Figma).
- Ideally, you have experience in the retail sector.
- You have a creative spirit and are a force of proposal.
