As the Group Director of Product Management for Stores, Associate Experience, and Real Estate, you will lead the product strategy and execution for platforms that empower Walmart's associates, enhance in-store operations, and optimize how we plan, manage, and utilize our global real estate portfolio.
You'll oversee multiple product domains—ranging from associate-facing apps to facilities management systems—ensuring that Walmart's 1.6M+ associates and 10,000+ stores worldwide have the tools and environments they need to thrive. Your work will improve efficiency, unlock productivity, and create better experiences for both associates and customers, while also driving smarter investments in real estate and physical assets.

The annual salary range for this position is $254,000.00-$481,000.00 in Sunnyvale, California and $195,000.00-$370,000.00 in Bentonville, Arkansas. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock.
