The Manager, Design and Production – Shows and Events leads the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact events that bring Walmart's culture and business priorities to life. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end event experiences—from concept development and technical production to vendor management, budgeting, and onsite execution. By combining creative vision with operational excellence, the manager ensures events are engaging, on-brand, and executed with precision. This role plays a key part in supporting senior leadership engagements, driving consistency across event delivery, and continuously enhancing the quality and impact of experiences across the campus.
About the team: As part of Walmart's Corporate Real Estate organization, our Campus Events team delivers high-impact events that bring our culture and community to life. We plan and execute experiences across Sam Walton Hall and the broader campus, from large corporate events to associate engagements. Our mission is to create seamless, memorable events that support business goals and elevate the associate and guest experience. We lead end-to-end execution, including planning, AV coordination, vendor management, and onsite delivery. Blending technical expertise with a hospitality mindset, we collaborate closely with partners to deliver polished, engaging experiences that connect and inspire.
