We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to own the end-to-end performance, reliability, and scalability of the Last Mile Delivery (LMD) ecosystem, with the Spark Driver App as a key consumer of the platform; focused on how mobile clients, backend services, orchestration, and infrastructure work together to deliver reliable, real-time experiences for drivers. You will be accountable for platform outcomes such as latency, consistency, observability, and MTTR — ensuring the system explains itself when things go wrong and scales predictably as the business grows.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
