Position: Product Manager III

Duties: Defines and manages strategy and business objectives for minimally complex products by identifying market opportunities, conducting benchmark studies and competitive assessments; developing business cases; and setting objectives and key performance indicators for products. Develops and enhances minimally complex products by developing and managing product roadmaps; gathering and documenting requirements; collecting and analyzing customer and product data; turning customer insights into actionable priorities and initiatives; prioritizing product backlog; executing on user and business acceptance criteria; and managing roll out of product features. Crafts and develops solutions to business challenges by communicating requirements to key partners (for example, Business leaders, User Experience, Engineering, Analytics); and engaging with key partners to deliver and support initiatives; and communicating status and insights related to product performance. Support data analytics for a product/feature. Supports data collection and evaluation within assigned areas. Understand critical customer needs and preferences. Continuously seeks and analyzes user feedback for product improvement. Contribute to roadmaps for a feature/single product with guidance. Assists in identifying product requirements (PRD) and feature prioritization. Demonstrates awareness of backlog/priority tradeoffs and an ability to navigate through constraints. Supports product rollout and scaling. Comprehend and solve simple customer problems/needs using the concept of First Principle. Supports of the identification of value creation and Lifetime Value of the product. Demonstrates awareness of problem statements, hypotheses, and prototypes. Demonstrates awareness of assumption testing, validation approaches (for example, paper prototypes, mockups, POC), and the evaluation of results. Communicate in one-to-one/stakeholder meetings involving one-two teams. Proactively builds professional network. Articulates results/recommendations. Actively listens to others and acknowledges different technical perspectives and connects to the product/technology in development. Demonstrate a basic understanding of privacy and security (InfoSec) policies and process. Demonstrates awareness of basic quality measures. Demonstrates a basic understanding of technology landscapes. Demonstrates awareness of enterprise technology/platform components. Demonstrates knowledge of market segments and technology trends. Demonstrate awareness of various principles, ways of working, and subdomain-specific terminologies. Compares the maturity of products, services, and processes within the subdomain with others in the industry. Identifies gaps across subdomains and reports gaps for potential innovation opportunities. Demonstrates awareness of new processes and automation techniques used within the domain across industries. Position does not supervise other associates.
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or the equivalent in Product Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Analytics, or related area and 1 year of experience in product management; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Product Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Analytics, or related area and 3 years of experience in product management.
Skills required: Experience with product discovery and requirements gathering for data products. Experience writing PRDs/acceptance criteria in Jira and Confluence. Experience with prioritization for data/analytics roadmap (impact vs. effort, dependencies) using Jira boards and delivery calendars. Experience establishing and enforcing data quality guardrails with Engineering: coverage standards, SQL validation gates, and runtime monitoring to meet SLAs. Experience with discovery and business analysis using hands-on SQL for analytics and validating outputs. Experience with Root Cause Analysis with data stewardship - SQL/Business Intelligence-led investigations, postmortems, and preventive actions. Experience with airtable roadmap tracking: Managing a single-source roadmap in Airtable (intake, prioritization, delivery) with status synced to Jira. Experience leading standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews/demos, and retros—align priorities, clear blockers, and track delivery in Jira. Experience with Stakeholder reporting—Exec/ops dashboard review in PowerBI; KPI readouts in Slides/Docs. Experience defining and documenting functional and non-functional requirements, tracking prioritization and timely delivery through partnership with Engineering, Design, and Data stewardship teams. Experience coordinating and participating in user acceptance testing of functional requirements. Experience overseeing product-development/ETL lifecycle: defining requirements from business use cases, aligning stakeholders, and validating data quality and SLAs with the help of tech partners. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
Salary Range: $121,035/year to $234,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
