What You'll Do...

  • Implement the roadmap to address customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-teams for seamless product delivery
  • Be the go-to-expert for product offerings, promoting our value proposition
  • Use insights from data to inform product improvements
  • Assess product performance metrics, identifying insights and implement improvements based on data-driven decisions
  • Fortify your connection with your customers to understand their needs to inform the roadmap
  • Map opportunities in user stories, flow diagrams, and wireframes
  • Organize the sprints, prioritize the product backlog, and provide clarity around requirements to the product development group
  • Communicate your product development progress to our organization
  • Define and document functional and non-functional requirements, track prioritization and own delivery of products/features through partnership with Engineering, Design and Data stewardship teams
  • Manage user acceptance testing of functional requirements

What You'll Bring:

  • Software Development & Agile Methodologies : understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Product Management Experience : 3+ years in product management, including 2+ years experience in the B2B space.
  • Retail Experience : 2+ years of experience in the retail industry.
  • Cross-team Collaboration : experience working with sales, engineering, and account management teams.
  • International Collaboration : Experience working with international partners and managing communication challenges.
  • Application Launches : Experience in launching customer-grade applications.
  • Data Analytics : Proficiency with data analytics tools such as SQL and BI tools like Tableau and PowerBI. Experience with data analytics and data science concepts.
  • Technical Communication: Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners in writing user stories, mapping user journeys, wireframing, and creating workflow diagrams. Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences and translate them into business requirements.
  • Global Team Coordination : Ability to partner with global teams across different time zones.
  • Customer Communication : Experience communicating with customers where English is their second language.
  • User-Centric Approach : A user-centric product management approach.
  • Market Research Familiarity : Familiarity with the market research domain.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 5 years' experience in product management or related area.

Preferred Qualifications...

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 2 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products. We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
