As the Senior Director, People Partner for Walmart US Marketing, you will serve as a strategic advisor, coach, and change agent to Marketing business leaders. You will translate business priorities into people strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, culture, and engagement during a time of transformation for the Marketing function.
You'll partner closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, Marketing senior leadership and cross-functional People teams to create an inclusive, high-performance environment where associates thrive and deliver world-class results.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and 6 years' experience in human resources or related area OR 8 years' experience in human resources or related area. 2 years' supervisory experience.
Managing a multi-unit operation, Project Management Masters: Business, Masters: Human Resources, Human Resources - Professional HR (PHR) CERTIFICATION, Human Resources - Sr. Professional HR (SPHR) CERTIFICATION, Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification.
