As Senior Director of Product Management for Membership Personalization, you will lead a team of exceptional product managers responsible for driving growth, engagement, and retention across Walmart's membership programs at an enterprise scale. You will work in close partnership with the Walmart+ team and Sam's Club organizations worldwide to deliver cohesive, differentiated member experiences across brands, markets, and platforms. Your mission is to ensure every member feels understood, valued, and rewarded—creating moments that clearly demonstrate the value of membership and inspire customers to return again and again for a personalized, delightful assortment of products and services tailored to their needs. This role requires a rare combination of deep customer empathy, strong technical fluency in AI/ML-driven products, and strategic leadership at scale. You will define and deliver personalization capabilities that not only meet member needs but also scale across multiple businesses, geographies, and operating models—breaking down boundaries and extending Walmart's commerce platform globally. In this role, you will help define the future of membership-led commerce, setting the standard for how personalization, data, and AI come together to serve customers and drive long-term business impact.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 13 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 15 years' experience in product management or related area.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 12 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
