Senior Manager, Product Marketing - Cross Border

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) who will be responsible for enabling a B2B product marketing and Go to Market (GTM) strategy to drive growth through awareness and attribution. This role will be part of the Cross Border & Seller Delivery Solutions Org, within Walmart Marketplace. The ideal candidate for this role is an excellent verbal and written communicator with a track record of driving cross-functional alignment across business, product, analytics, engineering, and other enterprise teams, and use data to inform strategy and optimize results.

You will develop and execute the marketing strategy, overseeing initiatives across paid media, email, events, seller research and insights, and additional channels as appropriate. You will also lead the ongoing refinement of messaging, value proposition, and market positioning. As a senior PMM with a global focus, you must operate autonomously to drive both strategy and tactical marketing initiatives, lead complex, business-critical cross-functional programs independently and represent the voice of the seller and market to inform product positioning and go-to-market.

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the evolution of eCommerce fulfillment at Walmart, supporting and enabling a global network of sellers to achieve growth in partnership with our organization.

What You'll Do...

  • Own Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Develop and execute GTM strategies for new product and feature launches, working closely with product, business, and program teams to implement plans.
  • Drive Growth: Build marketing plans that fuel acquisition, conversion, and retention of Walmart Sellers.
  • Use Data to Optimize Performance: Define KPIs and continuous experiments, leveraging data and analytics to refine messaging, targeting, campaigns, and more to drive marketing performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders across business, product, & engineering teams in co-development of marketing needs, supporting new feature capabilities and product launches.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with our Account Manager and Business Development teams to understand and develop sales collateral, testimonial and other materials needed for our account executives to successfully enable product value proposition and adoption.

What You'll Bring...

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, or go-to-market roles with proven success in launching B2B or platform-based products.
  • Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong strategic and tactical balance, able to craft high-level marketing strategies and execute hands-on GTM plans across multiple channels, paid media, content marketing, sales enablement, etc.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to manage up and across business and cross-functional leadership
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to synthesize insights, measure effectiveness, and continuously optimize strategies.
  • Integrity and accountability, with a bias for action, customer-first thinking, and a passion for delivering results.

You'll Sweep Us Off Our Feet If...

  • Extensive prior experience developing creative and engaging content to support demand generation and customer acquisition across various mediums including paid media, email, social, keynotes.
  • Extensive experience with end-to-end development and deployment of a successful customer/seller acquisition strategy, including multi-touch onboarding journeys.
  • Experience managing internal and external Marketing, PR, Communications partners, inclusive of developing Marketing briefs, and guiding creatives.
  • Experience in B2B lifecycle marketing, offline and digital.
  • Experience using analytics and reporting platforms (Tableau, QuickSight, and Excel) to track performance and inform strategy.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Option 2: 6 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications...

Masters: Business Administration
