What You'll Do
- Lead key industrial design and construction programs from strategy to mass implementation
- Oversee project portfolios, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment
- Present progress and insights to senior leadership and cross-functional partners
- Develop and refine processes for greater efficiency and consistency
- Coordinate and consult on business initiatives, supporting project-specific needs
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's in civil engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 + years' experience in Commercial Real Estate or Warehouse site development, building design, and/or 8+ years' experience in construction management or experience in other site development, building design, and construction management
- 3+ years' proven expertise in program and project management
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to managing multiple site development projects at one time, either new construction or existing TI (tenant improvement) from either the site/building design, project management, or construction management perspective.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area. 2 years' supervisory experience. 3 years' project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Managing small or medium scale change initiatives, Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field, Project Management Certification, Six Sigma certification
