Position Summary...

The Senior Manager, Technical Program Management, leads the planning and execution of complex, large-scale technology programs, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders. This role requires expertise in program management frameworks, technical solution design, and risk mitigation to deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes. The position drives continuous improvement in processes and fosters effective communication to resolve ambiguities and dependencies. The successful candidate will mentor team members, manage cross-functional priorities, and oversee program roadmaps to achieve strategic objectives while maintaining operational excellence and stakeholder alignment.

What You'll Do...

Lead the planning and execution of large-scale technical programs, managing cross-functional dependencies and resource allocation to meet delivery goals.

  • Define program scopes, stage gates, and critical paths while driving clarity and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • Translate product requirements into technical designs, ensuring scalability, high availability, and performance of system solutions.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues to maintain program momentum.
  • Establish and improve scalable workflows, prioritization frameworks, and automation opportunities to enhance program efficiency.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and impacts clearly to stakeholders, fostering alignment and informed decision-making.
