  • Document AI and privacy governance decisions, maintaining a searchable repository of precedent and rationale
  • Keep current on active projects and matters across the team, ensuring the knowledge base reflects the latest developments
  • Develop and refine playbooks and standard operating procedures for recurring legal and compliance workflows
  • Partner with attorneys and stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and prioritize content development
  • Ensure knowledge management systems are user-friendly, well-organized, and consistently maintained
  • Support the team's regulatory response efforts by maintaining up-to-date reference materials and research repositories

What you'll bring...

  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of paralegal, legal operations, or knowledge management experience, preferably in a technology, privacy, or regulatory environment
  • Demonstrated experience with knowledge management systems, SharePoint, or similar content management platforms
  • Strong research skills with the ability to track and synthesize legislative and regulatory developments
  • Familiarity with AI, privacy, and technology legal issues preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to distill complex legal and regulatory information into accessible summaries
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
