Duties: Responsible for creating privacy safe ad product strategy and implementation plans due to changing industry landscape. Act as a champion for ads privacy across multiple cross-functional teams to ensure compliance for data privacy legislations and industry standards. Define and manage product strategy and business objectives by identifying market opportunities, conducting benchmark studies and competitive assessments, developing business cases, and setting objectives and key performance indicators for products. Develop and enhance moderately complex products by managing product roadmaps, gathering functional and technical requirements, and collecting and analyzing customer and product data. Craft and develop solutions to business challenges by communicating requirements to key partners (e.g., Business Leaders, User Experience, Engineering, and Analytics teams). Engage with key partners to deliver and support initiatives. Analyze foundational platform data and processes and prioritize optimizations based on calculated impact analysis. Improve ID mapping solutions, match rates and management for all Walmart Connect business use cases, and drive data decisions as per privacy and compliance standards. Lead and facilitate data acquisition, governance approval, and integrations with cross functional teams. Define hypothesis, facilitate A/B tests, and analyze multivariate test results using statistical power and significance level analysis. Create go-to-market strategies product marketing team and drive product launches and releases. This position does not supervise employees.
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or related area and 7 years of experience in product management; OR Master's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or related area and 5 years of experience in product management.
Skills required: Experience defining and managing end to end product roadmaps, strategies, and implementation plans for IT product solutions using Microsoft (MS) Office and MS Visio. Experience leading technology product design, analysis, development, and system integration. Experience using Microsoft (MS) Office, SharePoint, and Confluence to document functional and technical requirements, document use cases, analyze business processes, analyze end to end process flows, execute current state vs. future state assessments, and execute impact analysis. Experience working in an agile based delivery model and executing requirements analysis, creating user stories, sprint planning, executing project evaluations, executing reviews, and executing implementation plans using JIRA. Experience providing functional and analytical support to engineering teams via research and data analysis using SQL. Experience facilitating testing activities, including system integration testing, A/B testing, smoke testing, and regression testing. Experience with Search and Display advertising. Experience with AdTech Privacy Product Management. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
Salary Range: $272,397 to $286,000. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
