The (USA) Director, Product Management, Forecasting leads the development and execution of comprehensive product strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to drive effective decision-making and customer-focused solutions. This role oversees product roadmaps, mentors teams, and fosters collaboration across stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery. The Walmart Inventory Planning and Replenishment Product Management team leads the development of advanced Planning and Forecasting capabilities powered by machine learning and statistical modeling. This team manages the Inventory Planning ecosystem across omni-channel network, focusing on Forecasting, Inventory Placement, Inventory Targets, and Item Exits. These products optimize inventory positioning, safety stock, and item lifecycle to enhance operational efficiency. The team values strong ownership, data-driven problem solving, and collaboration with engineering and business partners to deliver innovative solutions. Members drive product strategy, execution, and continuous improvement to support Walmart's supply chain excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to inform product decisions and optimize feature performance.
• Drive product vision and strategy by identifying market opportunities and defining success metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to secure resources and foster alignment.
• Mentor and guide team members in product management best practices and process improvements.
• Oversee product development lifecycles, including MVP creation and scaling strategies.
• Promote adoption of emerging technologies and innovation within product portfolios.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.

Minimum Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years' experience in product management.
• Option 2: 13 years' experience in product management or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 10 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
• Supervisory experience
