As a Distinguished Platform Product Manager, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs. The Infosec Product Team leads product lifecycle management with a focus on aligning solutions to customer needs and strategic objectives. This team collaborates closely with business, technology, project, and leadership groups to develop secure, customer-centered products. Members drive product strategy, roadmap development, and data-driven decisions while managing platform products and addressing artificial intelligence risks. The team fosters clear communication and cross-functional engagement to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that enhance security and customer experience. Their work ensures continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals in a dynamic environment.

What you'll do:

• Develop and communicate comprehensive product strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Lead the creation and management of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands.
• Analyze data and customer insights to drive informed, data-driven product decisions and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable processes and optimize operational efficiency.
• Influence and build consensus among stakeholders through clear communication and fact-based narratives.
• Oversee adoption of emerging technologies and guide product lifecycle management to maximize value delivery.
• Mentor team members to enhance product focus and strategic execution.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years' experience in product management or related experience at a technology and data-driven company focused on building products with new and emerging technologies.
• Option 2: 13 years' experience in product management or related experience at a technology and data-driven company focused on building products with new and emerging technologies.

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or related area and 10 years' experience in back-end platform or highly complex B2B/C products or experience in roles requiring data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills (including deep knowledge of Excel, SQL, or statistics), Supervisory experience.
