As our retail media business accelerates, we're expanding the systems, infrastructure, and operational rigor that enable teams to deliver consistent, compelling storytelling at scale. We are investing in a content engine that unifies strategy across vertical, industry, and centralized content teams—empowering the organization to move faster, smarter, and more efficiently.

  • Lead process optimization efforts to reduce rework and accelerate time-to-market.
  • Lead and develop a team of Editorial Operations managers and editors.
  • Coach managers on stakeholder management, operational excellence, and decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Legal, Brand, Compliance, Marketing Ops, and Sales Enablement to ensure alignment.
  • Translate business and go-to-market needs into clear editorial plans and execution models.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to vertical and industry leaders on content readiness and quality.
  • Define KPIs for editorial efficiency, quality, and throughput.
  • Use data and insights to identify bottlenecks, inform resourcing decisions, and improve workflows.

Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of experience in editorial operations, content strategy, or marketing operations.
  • Proven experience leading editorial teams in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Strong understanding of brand governance, compliance, and enterprise content standards.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and operational leadership skills.
