Position Summary: Walmart is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead data-driven product decisions and deliver customer value through strategic product vision and roadmap development. What you'll do:

  • Develop and own product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on data-driven insights and customer needs.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders and ensure successful product delivery.
  • Utilize analytics and research to evaluate product performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Drive product vision and strategy by framing hypotheses and exploring innovative solutions.
  • Manage product lifecycle using Agile methodologies, including MVP creation and iterative optimization.
  • Communicate product goals and progress effectively to technical and business partners.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure compliance with quality standards.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven expertise in product strategy development and roadmap management, including MVP creation and iterative optimization.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build alignment and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision making, leveraging analytics to inform product features and customer insights.
  • Experience applying design thinking and journey mapping to enhance customer satisfaction and process optimization.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles to drive efficient delivery.
  • Ability to articulate product vision, business strategies, and go-to-market approaches clearly and persuasively.
  • Understanding of technology landscapes and product architecture to guide technical feasibility and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications: Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 7 years' experience in product management or related area.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products. We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
