You will define and deliver the mobile merchant experience, collaborate with global teams, and drive adoption of common platforms across partner applications. Your success will be measured by accelerated development cycles, increased platform adoption, improved customer satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes from insights-driven product decisions.

Deliver scalable, reusable solutions

  • Lead the development of a front-end library of common components to accelerate product delivery and reduce development time by measurable percentages.
  • Drive adoption of common components across partner applications, targeting full migration of agreed-upon tools by set deadlines.

Define and execute mobile merchant experience

  • Own the end-to-end vision for mobile merchant workflows, including UI/UX, performance metrics, and adoption KPIs.
  • Partner with design, engineering, and merchant teams to deliver a mobile strategy that drives engagement and satisfaction across global markets.

Lead platform & access initiatives

  • Build and launch a role-based access control system as a centralized hub for managing user permissions, achieving targeted accuracy and compliance standards.
  • Develop and scale an insights platform engine to centralize sales intelligence, enabling prioritization of opportunities by urgency and business impact.

Drive strategic product decisions

  • Apply product analytics, customer insights, and market research to prioritize the roadmap for maximum ROI.
  • Lead MVP delivery cycles for new capabilities, iterating based on performance data to meet adoption and satisfaction goals.

Influence and align across the organization

  • Collaborate with global product managers to align priorities and secure buy-in for cross-platform initiatives.
  • Build consensus with stakeholders and resolve adoption barriers for common components and shared systems.

Innovate with emerging technologies

  • Explore applications of generative AI to improve product capabilities and accelerate development workflows.
  • Identify, prototype, and evaluate innovative approaches to improve efficiency and user experience.
