Marketing Coordinator

We have an immediate opening for a Marketing Coordinator to provide a variety of support services for our Diagnostics marketing team. Key job duties include supporting the Diagnostics marketing team to complete proposals against tight deadlines, including accurate, efficient assembly of appropriate materials and information. Create and update engineer resumes for pursuits, provide administrative assistance including data entry, running and processing reports, updating process and procedure documentation, gather information about projects to support the creation of marketing collateral. Other related duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related curriculum. Superior customer focus, with a drive for service excellence. Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills. Motivated self-starter with excellent time management, organization, and communication skills. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using Adobe InDesign preferred.
