As we modernize our Martech stack, we're seeking a visionary Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to architect and scale operations for our new marketing automation platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and is energized by the opportunity to build scalable, AI-powered marketing operations from the ground up. You're a change management expert—equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to solve problems and stepping back to design systems that scale. You'll lead the design of our end-to-end email channel and marketing automation operating model, transitioning from fully outsourced execution to a scaled model where marketers build their own campaigns and journeys. This includes:

  • Designing processes, governance models, RACI frameworks, operational goals and measurement systems.
  • Defining a capability roadmap across people, process, and technology to deliver on our marketing ROI commitments.
  • Ensuring robust campaign governance, vendor management, and email channel health.
  • Forecasting marketing lead pipeline and managing the overall health of the marketing database and MAP operations.
  • Translating business needs into platform requirements and leading operational execution.

Success in this role requires deep cross-functional collaboration. You'll partner closely with Growth Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product and Engineering teams to align priorities, road maps, and deliver measurable business impact. Responsibilities

  • Drive large-scale planning, and provide solutions by identifying key milestones, developing plans, and leading team discussions.
  • Estimate and articulate business impacts and anticipate outcomes associated with planning. Oversee planning documents and drive discussions to ensure action and execution.
  • Work across teams to provide status updates and drive progress and alignment across peer groups and resolve conflicting priorities to overcome barriers.
  • Discover insights into data using exploratory techniques and turn insights into action-oriented information for senior business stakeholders.
  • Track deliverables and timelines and oversee governance to ensure any issues are socialized prior to implementation.
  • Develop metrics, targets, and measurement plans at the program level and contribute to operational reporting and monitoring by tracking metrics.
  • Gather information on moderately complex scenarios by researching and interviewing people about impacts of potential change.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years of marketing operations, revenue operations, email operations, growth or performance marketing OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years marketing technology/process improvement experience focused on B2B email and marketing automation platforms.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years of marketing operations, revenue operations, email operations growth or performance marketing OR a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years of marketing operations, revenue operations, email operations growth or performance marketing OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in Advertising or AdTech Industry.
  • 3+ years Dynamics Marketing or Dynamics CRM Platform Experiences

Marketing Technology IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
