As we modernize our Martech stack, we're seeking a visionary Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to architect and scale operations for our new marketing automation platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and is energized by the opportunity to build scalable, AI-powered marketing operations from the ground up. You're a change management expert—equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to solve problems and stepping back to design systems that scale. You'll lead the design of our end-to-end email channel and marketing automation operating model, transitioning from fully outsourced execution to a scaled model where marketers build their own campaigns and journeys. Marketing Technology IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
