Sr. Marketing Recruiter - Contract

Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid)

We're seeking a Sr. Marketing Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for high-demand marketing roles. You'll partner with top-tier clients, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and help connect talent to impactful opportunities.

What You'll Do:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for marketing and technical roles
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Consult with hiring teams to meet evolving talent needs
• Hit performance goals in a fast-paced, agile environment

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of recruiting experience
• Proven success in marketing/technical recruiting
• Familiarity with technologies like AI, IoT, UI/UX, and full-stack development
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
