Summer Intern Demand Generation

The Greater China Demand Generation team is primarily responsible for providing strategic insights on tactics and projects execution on leads generation, regional marketing activity, etc. Waters is actively seeking a motivated individual as a summer intern, who would work closely with the members of the Demand Generation team to support and execute effective marketing tactics that build brand, support the sales process, and generate leads.

Responsibilities

  • Support to execute marketing events and finalize the internal processes.
  • Support to measure ROI of activities and generate leads; MQL.
  • Support to sign speaker agreements, as well as purchase orders.
  • Support to manage vendors and ensure the quality of marketing events.
  • Support to execute digital marketing campaigns like WeChat or Douyin.

Qualifications

  • Major in advertising or design.
  • Ability to focus on detail while prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good web, Word, Sales Force, and Excel capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; polished written skills in English.
  • Passionate about learning high-tech science.
  • A team player and self-starter with strong organization skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and work well with individuals across all lines of business.
