We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in TikTok shop management and e-commerce growth to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

• Own TikTok Shop end-to-end: product listings, pricing, promotions, and storefront management;
• Drive revenue through a combination of organic content, creators, and paid ads;
• Build and scale creator and affiliate programs with a strong focus on sales performance;
• Continuously test and optimize strategies to increase conversions and revenue;
• Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across:
• TikTok Ads
• Amazon
• Walmart Marketplace
• Google Ads
• Monitor and improve key metrics including ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates;
• Allocate budget effectively and scale winning campaigns;
• Expand successful TikTok strategies into platforms such as:
• Shopify
• Amazon
• Walmart.com
• Faire and wholesale channels
• Optimize product listings across all platforms for conversion and discoverability;
• Identify opportunities for bundling, pricing, and merchandising improvements;
• Manage inventory flow across channels to prevent stockouts and overstocking;
• Ensure alignment between marketing efforts and product availability;
• Analyze performance data across channels and campaigns;
• Provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations;
• Continuously test, iterate, and improve performance based on data;
