The marketing team plays a key strategic role in the success of delivering business results and superior customer experiences, and we are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist – Construction & Technology to join our team.
The Senior Marketing Specialist – Construction & Technology will develop and execute marketing strategies and initiatives that support the business goals and growth plans of the Construction, Technology, and Sitech businesses. This role is a strategic thought partner for the sales and business leads, overseeing the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to analysis and optimization. Responsibilities include translating data and research into actionable marketing plans, developing strategic campaigns that achieve business goals, and understanding our customers' behaviors and needs. The Senior Marketing Specialist – Construction & Technology plays a key role in crafting marketing plans that upsell, cross-sell, create demand, and drive sales. The role requires a strong communicator and relationship-builder, skilled in facilitating collaboration across departments, teams, and external parties.

Education and/or Experience
Computer Skills
Successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and PowerBI. Experience working in CRM tools required; prior experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Data Cloud) a plus but not required.
