Vice President, Product Management
The Vice President of Product Management is a highly visible and impactful leadership role responsible for defining and driving the end-to-end product strategy across Western Digital's entire HDD portfolio, spanning consumer, OEM, and hyperscale cloud markets globally.
This leader operates with extreme ownership across the business, translating market dynamics, customer needs, and technology innovation into a cohesive, executable product vision and roadmap that serves as the company's blueprint for execution.
The role requires a unique blend of strategic leadership, technical depth, and strong commercial acumen. The Vice President will lead a global product management organization and partner closely across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership to deliver meaningful business results, drive growth, and maximize enterprise value.

Qualifications include:
- Required:
- Progressive leadership experience in product management within storage, semiconductor, or related technology industries.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale, global product portfolios with significant revenue responsibility.
- Strong track record of defining product strategy and delivering measurable business results.
- Deep technical understanding of storage systems, data infrastructure, and related technologies.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in business planning, pricing strategy, and portfolio management.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, including executive leadership and customers.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a highly cross-functional, matrixed organization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline required. MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

Salary range: 284,000.00-378,700.00
