Job Description

Your Mission in the Team

In our Division Data, Analytics & Technology, we combine expertise in data analysis, modeling, software development, and research on the real estate market. In Zurich, you will be part of our Life Cycle Management Team – open, cooperative, and learning-oriented. Together with colleagues from Germany, Portugal, and Switzerland, you will shape the digital transformation of the real estate industry – a central lever for its sustainable development.

From the start, you will take on responsibility for your own tasks. At the same time, experienced colleagues will accompany you so that you can grow professionally and methodologically quickly.

Your Tasks

• You analyze customer needs and develop solution approaches in our Life Cycle Management products
• You work on the development of our products and bring ideas in close cooperation with stakeholders, architects, and development teams
• You monitor development processes, ensure quality, and conduct tests of new functionalities
• You support release planning and maintenance of the product roadmap (Jira/Confluence)
• You act as a product ambassador – internally and externally – and share your knowledge with stakeholders
• You design prototypes and analyze data, e.g., with R or Python

Qualifications

Your profile

• Completed degree in a business-related or quantitative field such as business informatics, economics, engineering, etc.
• First professional experience as a business analyst or product manager in an agile environment
• Knowledge in the real estate sector is a plus
• You are a communicative person, enjoy working in a team, and approach tasks with an analytical mindset
• You have a passion for working with data and deriving valuable insights from information
• Very good German and good English skills
