Responsibilities:
Utilize design expertise to conduct consultations in the store and in homes to meet personal sales per hour goals, contributing to our store success.
Engage with customers in a professional and personable way that demonstrates a passion for design, our products, and our services.
Create and present design plans based on client's needs, style, preferences, and living space.
Demonstrate excellent clienteling skills including following up with client orders and contacting new customer leads regarding services, promotions, new product arrivals, etc.
Provide world class attention to assist customers with all of our services including online returns, product information, credit card applications, etc.
Demonstrate superior product knowledge, including features and benefits of the entire design studio assortment.
Efficiently and accurately perform register transactions i.e. sales, returns, exchanges, credit card applications, etc.
Assist in implementation and maintenance of visual merchandise presentation.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Comply with all Williams-Sonoma, Inc. policies and procedures
Requirements:
Open availability (32-40 hour work week)
Retail experience: minimum 2 years
