Senior Lighting Designer
Bring light to life—join an award-winning team shaping spaces people remember.
At Windward Lighting Studio (WLS), we know great lighting does more than illuminate a room—it transforms how people feel, connect, and experience the world around them. We create spaces that inspire, designing not only for function, but for beauty, atmosphere, and emotional resonance.
We're seeking a Senior Lighting Designer who thrives at the intersection of art and technology—someone ready to lead complex projects, inspire teams, and push creative boundaries. You'll manage projects from concept through completion, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to bring bold visions to life. If you have a proven record delivering high-caliber lighting projects and want to work alongside some of the industry's best, we'd love to meet you.
