Product Manager – Product Innovation
We're looking for a Product Manager – Product Innovation who thrives in ambiguity, someone who can take ideas from zero to one, move quickly from concept to prototype, and learn through real user impact. You'll drive experimentation across our platform, shaping new ways for educators to create and for students to engage.
You should be both strategic and hands-on, and able to connect insights about teaching and learning with a strong technical understanding of how our platform works and how to improve it. You will identify emerging opportunities and translate them into tangible products by validating bold ideas through rapid prototyping, user testing, and cross-functional deliver, shipping features that redefine how teachers and students use Wordwall.
This role sits within our Product Innovation team, where we explore and develop new user experiences and capabilities that push Wordwall forward. You'll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, data scientists, and educators to identify opportunities, validate ideas, and deliver high-quality, technically robust solutions.

- Lead 0→1 product discovery, defining problems and opportunities where the solution isn't yet clear.
- Use data insights, user research, and rapid experimentation to shape hypotheses and uncover high-impact ideas and educator use cases.
- Collaborate with design and engineering partners to rapidly prototype and test new concepts, balancing creativity with technical feasibility.
- Frame product bets that combine educational value, technical innovation, and strategic potential.
Execution
- Drive end-to-end product development for early-stage ideas, from initial concept through to first release.
- Translate ambiguous ideas into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
- Partner closely with engineers to ensure technical feasibility and architectural scalability as prototypes evolve toward production.
- Facilitate rapid iteration and lightweight delivery, enabling the team to learn quickly and adapt based on results.
- Maintain a bias toward action and experimentation, ensuring forward momentum even amid uncertainty.
Iteration
- Analyze usage data, engagement patterns, and learning outcomes to evaluate the impact of new features.
- Refine early-stage products through A/B testing, user feedback, and post-launch insights.
- Continuously improve product quality, usability, and performance through data-driven iteration.
- Capture and share learnings from each experiment to inform future 0→1 initiatives.
Stakeholder & Scaling
- Champion educator and student perspectives, ensuring every innovation enhances real-world teaching and learning.
- Partner across product, engineering, and commercial teams to integrate validated experiments into the core platform.
- Communicate discoveries and progress with clarity, building trust and excitement around innovation efforts.
