The People Business Partner for Marketing is a trusted partner to Workday's Marketing organization, supporting SVP, VP, and key management leaders across the function. About the Role
As a Principal People Business Partner supporting the Marketing organization, you will directly partner with senior leaders to drive significant business growth and make an immediate impact. You will be part of the global HRBP team that supports Marketing and Global Commercial Organization serving as both a strategic partner and a trusted coach to your leaders.
You will keep a pulse on workforce analytics, utilizing Workday's own HCM products to turn data into meaningful, actionable insights. Your work will span org design, talent strategy, culture, and engagement — all with a focus on enabling the Marketing organization to deliver on the future of Workday.
