About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Principal Product Manager to own the delivery of AI-powered agents within Workday. You will either be building customer-facing agents or building infrastructure and frameworks that Workday's application team can use to deploy to customers. You will be responsible for working at high velocity to experiment, innovate, develop, iterate and scale AI agents, collaborating closely with domain-specific product managers to maximize the impact of our technology. This role requires a unique combination of execution speed, inspiration and a deep curiosity about emerging AI techniques. You will play a key role in shaping our approach to AI agents, ensuring we deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive real business value.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
