As a Product Specialist, you are a key player in driving Workday's growth for our AI Talent Suite - driving the sales of our two flagship AI acquisitions: HiredScore and Paradox. You are not just selling software; you are selling a vision of "Human + AI" orchestration and collaboration. You will be responsible for guiding customers away from fragmented, disconnected point solutions and toward a unified, agentic AI reality.
