We operate with startup agility inside the scale of the Workday ecosystem—building fast, learning from customers, and scaling intentionally. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to shape the product through the lens of customer health, cohort behavior, and real-world usage.

About You

You're a product-savvy operator with experience in SaaS and AI environments, deeply familiar with what makes great products succeed. You've worked alongside Product, Engineering, CS, and GTM teams to bring structure to ambiguity and clarity to complexity. You bring an analytical mindset and an instinct for translating customer signals into product direction.

You can identify patterns across customer cohorts, extract actionable insights from health and usage data, and surface opportunities to improve retention, expansion, and customer experience. You help Product stay grounded in customer reality—bringing objectivity and narrative to roadmap tradeoffs.

  • Strong familiarity with SaaS metrics, customer segmentation, retention drivers, and usage analytics
  • Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams in high-growth environments

Our Approach to Flexible Work

With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.

Pursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
