The Infrastructure Engineering Product Management team drives the strategy for the Workday Technology Platform. We are responsible for the technology stack that powers Workday on Public Cloud, ensuring our platform delivers reliability, performance, and scalability for every customer workload. Our mission is both clear and ambitious: with multiple technology stacks currently running customer workloads, we are focused on standardizing onto a single, unified platform. This is the kind of high-impact, foundational work that shapes the future of how Workday operates at scale. We are a close-knit group that loves solving interesting technology challenges together. We partner with a large engineering organization to deliver meaningful outcomes, and we value high ownership mindsets, continuous learning, and a focus on results. If you enjoy working at the intersection of infrastructure and product strategy, this is a team where you can make a real difference.
As a Senior Product Manager on the Infrastructure Engineering Product Management team, you will play a central role in Workday's platform consolidation efforts. You will collaborate with companies that Workday has acquired to define a roadmap and onboarding plan that brings them onto the standard Workday technology platform.
This role sits at a critical crossroads: you will need to develop a deep understanding of the platform gaps that exist across acquired companies, drive those requirements into platform engineering teams, and influence acquisition teams to adopt standard practices for infrastructure management. Your ability to build trust and alignment across a diverse set of partners will be essential.

With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
At Workday, we are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive hiring experience where all candidates can fully demonstrate their skills. If you require assistance or an accommodation at any point, please email accommodations@workday.com.
