As our Director of Growth Marketing & Web, you'll architect and execute the systems, insights, and experiments that expand our reach and accelerate conversion. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with direct ownership of how the company grows.

Build and Optimize the Growth Infrastructure
- Own HubSpot setup, automation, and lifecycle tracking; connect marketing to pipeline.
- Partner with the analytics lead to design reporting frameworks and executive dashboards that clearly show traffic, conversion, and revenue impact.
- Define data governance, tagging, and attribution standards across all marketing systems.
Own Website Performance and Experience
- Treat the website as the company's most powerful growth channel and strategic asset.
- Lead ongoing optimization across architecture, content, UX, and performance.
- Manage developers and agencies to deliver fast, scalable, and high-converting experiences.
- Translate product launches and messaging into pages that drive measurable engagement and pipeline.
- Establish a disciplined CRO and experimentation program (A/B, multivariate, personalization, UX flow optimization).
Drive Sustainable Traffic Growth
- Lead comprehensive SEO and content performance programs, including site structure, internal linking, schema, localization, and core web vitals.
- Create repeatable workflows for keyword expansion, content optimization, and technical site health.
- Identify and test new inbound growth levers, from retargeting to intent-based campaigns.
- Build compounding organic growth that turns visibility into qualified pipeline.
- Develop account-based strategies for target verticals (media, public sector, smart cities).
Enable Clarity and Accountability
- Publish a quarterly growth roadmap and learning agenda.
- Partner with leadership on forecasting and growth planning.
- Own the growth scorecard and present results at the executive level.
What You Bring
- 8–12 years in growth, web, or digital marketing roles within B2B SaaS.
- Proven record of driving large-scale organic traffic and conversion gains through SEO + CRO.
- Deep fluency in HubSpot, GA4, GTM, CMS platforms (WordPress/Webflow), and experimentation tools (Optimizely, VWO, Mutiny).
- Experience managing developers, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, analytical, and systems-driven approach.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-powered systems (Clay, Mutiny) for personalization or enrichment.
- Familiarity with data enrichment and intent tools (ZoomInfo, Clearbit, 6sense).
- Understanding of ABM and account-level segmentation.
- Background in developer-first or infrastructure products a strong plus.
- Experience with developer-first GTM or technical product marketing.
