Product Design Junior

This opportunity is to work in the Cadastro and Portabilidade area of XP, responsible for managing the client's cadastral life — from the opening to the closing of the account — and ensuring that the portability of investments occurs in a simple, efficient, and secure manner.

As a Product Designer Junior, your role will be to translate the client's voice in the construction of digital products, transitioning and contributing throughout the design process (conception, implementation, and monitoring of results).

We are looking for:

  • Knowledge of using tools like Figma, Excel, PowerPoint, and Typeform;
  • Experience in applying the Fundamentals of Visual/UI;
  • Ability to create web and mobile navigable interactions and prototypes;
  • Good understanding (reading and listening) of English;
  • Being communicative and enjoying working in a team;
  • Ease in interacting and relating to people from different areas and seniorities;
  • Ability to express oneself (verbally and in writing) in a coherent and objective manner;
  • Attention to detail and organization;
  • Being curious and willing to learn new things;
  • Enjoying working with data;
  • Proactive and positive attitude;
  • Being adaptable, knowing how to deal with constant and sudden changes

Preferred:

  • Having worked in investment brokerages, even in other functions;
  • Experience with tools like Medallia, GA4, and Databricks (or similar);
  • Knowledge about Service Design and Writing are an advantage.

Challenges and Impact:

  • Creating navigable prototypes in Figma;
  • Ensuring the alignment of components with the Design System;
  • Participating in the research process, collaborating in the creation of the script, consolidation, and documentation of the results;
  • Being responsible for the implementation and monitoring of satisfaction surveys (NPS, CSAT, CES), navigation data, and other quality indicators (CR), as well as documenting and communicating the findings clearly and efficiently;
  • Being attentive to the market, bringing benchmarks and opportunities for innovation;
  • Keeping design documentation updated and organized;
  • Creating contact routines with advisors, clients, and customer service to identify opportunities for improving experiences;
  • Building end-to-end journeys, from the conception of interfaces for different types of platforms (app and web), to communications (push, email, WhatsApp, FAQ) for impacted clients.

Stages of the Process:

  1. Initial Screening: Analysis of the curriculum to verify adequacy to the qualifications and requirements of the position.
  2. General Tests: Evaluation of cultural alignment with the Mindsight test and logical reasoning test from Predictive Index.
  3. Recruitment Team Interview: Discussion about expectations regarding the position and professional goals.
  4. Leadership Interview: A conversation to discuss your vision and how you can contribute to the team and the company.
  5. Interview with Colleagues: Interaction with future peers to evaluate synergy and teamwork.
  6. Culture Focused Interview: Exploration of the company's values and principles to ensure a good cultural fit.
  7. Offer: Presentation of the job proposal, including details about remuneration and benefits.
