About the Opportunity

Product Manager for Consórcio in the Business Unit Seguridade

The BU has the mission of providing clients with long-term financial solutions, ensuring security and well-being in the future through products of insurance, pension and consórcio that combine profitability and protection.

We are looking for a Product Manager to work in the Consórcio team, responsible for assisting the strategy, defining the roadmap and execution of consórcio products, ensuring the delivery of competitive, innovative solutions aligned with the demands of the market.

What We Are Looking For

Essential Prerequisites

  • Previous experience as a Product Manager or in product areas in Consórcio.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactivity and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Problem solving & analytical skills (Analytical Capacity), performing analyses that are demanded and/or necessary to solve a problem within your area of operation.
  • Leadership and influence to engage people to deliver value and achieve results.

Differentials

  • Previous experience in Consórcio;
  • Experience in Digital Products;
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of agility.

Challenges and Impact

  • Define the vision and strategy of the product, aligning with the needs of the market and customers.
  • The activities consist of breaking down the planning and execution of the strategy and objectives of the Business Unit, creating solutions, prioritizing the roadmap and collaborating with other teams, using VSTS as a product management tool.
  • Specification of business rules and writing stories.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product development.
  • Work in collaboration with multi-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing and sales, to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and care for the satisfaction and good experience in the client journey of previdência.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, from conception to launch and continuous iteration.
  • Monitor product performance metrics through analysis and interpretation of data and make adjustments as needed to maximize results.
  • Ensure that all products are in compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Manage stakeholders and external partners (consórcio administrators), keeping everyone updated on the progress, results and KPIs of the product, giving clarity of the next steps and aligning expectations between all, being responsible for the delivery of their product.
