Essential Prerequisites:

  • Proven experience in digital product management;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and product management tools;
  • Autonomy in using Excel and SQL to make queries independently;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels;
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills;
  • Strong alignment with our culture.

Challenges and Impact

Describe here the expectations and key contributions. Example:

  • Define and prioritize the backlog of the squads responsible for the digitalization and evolution of PWM processes with an offshore vision, ensuring alignment with the strategic needs of the business;
  • You will be responsible for one of our squads in the Offshore team managing the evolution of the product, as well as aligning with the other product teams the construction of the portfolio of solutions that is in line with the defined strategy for the target audience;
  • It will also be your responsibility to the product growth strategy, monitoring the funnels of enablement and activation, as well as the management of the tools that support the ecosystem;
  • You will also be responsible for the planning and execution of the product strategy, creating and prioritizing roadmaps, breaking down into backlogs, writing stories, monitoring task progress and collaborating with other teams, using VSTS as a product management tool;
  • At XP we understand that QA is the responsibility of the squad, so you will be responsible for testing the product with the objective of ensuring that the product use cases are correct and with the expected behavior.

  5. Technical Assessment : Interview/dynamic/test focused on the specific skills necessary for the job.

  6. Interview with Leadership : A conversation to discuss your vision and how you can contribute to the team and the company.

  7. Interview with Colleagues : Interaction with future peers to evaluate synergy and teamwork.

  8. Culture Focused Interview : Exploration of the company's values and principles to ensure a good cultural fit.

  9. Offer : Presentation of the job proposal, including details about remuneration and benefits.
