As Manager Product Knowledge, you play a key role in the structuring, improvement and innovation of processes related to product training, documentation and translation of our software.

If the position is project and innovation oriented, an important part of your mission consists of creating educational and product enhancement content: training materials, tutorials, user guides, explanatory videos, for internal and client audiences.

You will be responsible for quality standards, technology watch (including AI and automation) and continuous process improvement.

The current team consists of 2 collaborators who each have well-defined roles (both in terms of product and responsibilities).

This role requires creativity, pedagogy and editorial rigor, as well as a strong appetite for process structuring and cross-functional project management, in the service of continuous improvement and product excellence.

Your main missions will be:

  • Content Creation & Production: animate, design and produce educational content in close collaboration with Product, CSM and Marketing teams
  • Product Training: animate and lead digital training paths, both for our product clients and for internal training (onboarding, release notes and continuous training)
  • Product Documentation: optimize and modernize the documentary production by ensuring quality, accessibility and continuous update, while introducing automated flows and innovative solutions for clients and internal teams.
  • Translation & Localization: accompany and be a force of proposal on current translation processes
  • Compliance & Certification: ensure the compliance of training processes, documentation and communication (Qualiopi, OPCO...) and take charge of audits with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Process & Innovation: propose and integrate solutions, including AI, to automate and streamline internal processes related to documentation, translation and content.

Key skills:

  • Fluency in French (bilingual), fluent English (C1, both written and oral). Knowledge of Spanish (B2 level) is a highly appreciated asset.
  • Excellent writing skills, with an ability to simplify complex topics in a clear, structured and pedagogical manner.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools: office suites, e-learning tools, simple video tools (Video Editor, Canva, etc.).
  • Curiosity for technological products (SaaS/B2B) and a taste for user experience.
  • Ability to structure information, organize deliverables, follow a schedule.
  • Interest in automation, digital tools, and generative AI innovations (no need to be an expert, but be curious and comfortable with learning).
  • Collaborative work sense and good communication between teams (Product, Marketing, Support…).
  • Ability to lead a team, support skill development, and foster a collaborative environment.

Experience in at least two of the following areas:

  • Technical or digital communication
  • UX Writing / Web Writing
  • Pedagogical Engineering / Digital Learning
  • Project Management / Digital Products
  • Pedagogical Design / Content Editing
