As a Growth Operations Manager, you'll be instrumental in advancing our owned channel marketing, leading technical campaign execution, and pioneering the adoption of AI-driven approaches to consumer engagement. Reporting to the Associate Director of Growth Science & Operations, you'll partner cross-functionally to ensure strategic, data-informed, and operationally robust Growth Marketing programs across email, push, in-app and emerging channels. You'll play a key role in solution design review, experimentation strategy, technical troubleshooting, and new channel exploration, while staying agile in an environment shaped by continuous platform change and technological innovation.
