As a Lead Product Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution that moves users from early exploration to project submission—the clearest signal that we're delivering on our services promise – and identifying opportunities that drive core metrics for both users and the services business.
This role sits at the intersection of classic marketplace product management and cutting-edge AI. You'll lead upper-funnel improvements and monetization workstreams while shaping Yelp Assistant, our LLM-powered conversational experience launching across platforms. You'll partner with a dedicated engineering team (~5–6 engineers across iOS, Android, and full‑stack) and collaborate closely with Design, Data Science, and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive measurable impact on project submissions and revenue.
We're seeking a seasoned product leader who can set a 12–18 month vision, move quickly on high‑leverage experiments, and bring fresh thinking to how consumers interact with service marketplaces—through both traditional UX and conversational AI. You'll operate from strategy through execution, aligning stakeholders and ensuring coordinated roadmap delivery that advances Yelp's marketplace and bottom line.
