Program Manager
Intuit's Assisted Commercialization organization is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone for the Assisted Omnichannel team, driving coordination, execution tracking, and cross-functional alignment across the full portfolio of work this team is responsible for. You will be the person who ensures that a complex, multi-workstream organization stays synchronized, on track, and focused on delivering outcomes.
You will support the day-to-day operational needs of the Assisted Omnichannel team, coordinating across omnichannel strategy, in-store technology and programming, SOP and training, real estate strategy, regional sales, and performance reporting functions.
This is not a strategic planning role, it is the role that makes strategy real by bringing rigor, visibility, and accountability to execution. Reporting to the Director of Assisted Omnichannel, you will partner with leaders and individual contributors across the organization to keep the work moving, surface risks early, and ensure the right people are in the right rooms at the right time.
Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management Omnichannel: Own the end-to-end program management of the Omnichannel initiative portfolio, organized across four strategic themes:
- Customer Intelligence & Data Foundation — initiatives that build the unified customer profile, lead management infrastructure, customer segmentation, and localized insights capabilities that power targeting, personalization, and sales enablement across all channels
- Physical Channel Expansion & Operations — initiatives that stand up and scale the in-store and Expert Center footprint, including retail real estate strategy, front office/back office connectivity, in-store technology and operations, and extended service models beyond peak season
- Sales & Expert Enablement — initiatives that embed growth capability into expert and concierge workflows, integrate CRM and sales tooling (including appointment management, intelligent routing, and next-best-action), and build the expert-led growth
- Go-to-Market Pilots & Scaling — initiatives that launch, validate, and scale new distribution models such as Bolt, regional sales org rollout, and omnichannel customer experience delivery across all channels
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the central coordination point across the Assisted Omnichannel org, connecting omnichannel strategy, in-store tech and programming, SOP/training, regional sales, performance reporting. Facilitate alignment meetings, manage cross-team dependencies, and ensure workstreams are not operating in silos.
- Dependency & Risk Management: Proactively identify and track dependencies across initiative workstreams, particularly with platform partners. Surface risks and blockers early and drive resolution with the relevant stakeholders.
- Execution Tracking & Reporting: Build and maintain the tracking mechanisms (status dashboards, milestone trackers, initiative health reports) that give leadership clear visibility into progress, blockers, and upcoming decisions. Prepare regular status updates for Director and VP-level leadership.
- Operating Rhythm & Governance: Establish and run the team's operating cadence — including weekly standups, initiative reviews, quarterly planning, and retrospectives. Define the governance framework for how initiatives are tracked, escalated, and prioritized when trade-offs are needed.
- Planning & Prioritization Support: Support leadership in quarterly and annual planning by maintaining the initiative backlog, consolidating sizing and resourcing estimates, and preparing prioritization inputs. Ensure the roadmap reflects current priorities, resourcing realities, and dependency constraints.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the program management hub for internal and external stakeholders.
- Process Design & Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve how the team plans, tracks, and delivers work.
