This role serves as the voice of the customer, managing the product backlog, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution. Key Responsibilities
- Own, prioritize, and maintain a clear and transparent product backlog.

- Serve as the primary decision-maker for product scope and feature-level priorities.
- Monitor product progress, KPIs, and delivery timelines, using data and user feedback to guide decisions.
- Continuously refine backlog items based on feedback, evolving goals, and market changes.
- Facilitate communication between engineering, design, QA, and business teams.
- Advocate for users, ensuring features meet customer expectations and usability standards.
